MONEY LOST: They sent the wrong size and made me pay for their mistake, over $30. No dress to show for the trouble.
Laura Ashley recently sent me one of their size O dresses when I ordered a size 2. They wouldn't exchange for me but returned the size 0 minus $30 odd dollars for shipping and handling.
Laura Ashley charged me $30 plus dollars for their mistake.
They are also rude. While I like the product, I can't afford to shop at a place that charges me for their mistakes.
I'm disgusted.

LAURA ASHLEY DISPOSABLE-LIKE quilts
I bought a Laura Ashley quilt set on Amazon. I paid 230$. I never used it to sleep in it, was just for decoration. After 5 weeks of simply putting it on and off the bed, no washing or anything else, it ripped at one of the sewn points for a 10 cm or so. I am 80 years old and live alone. Nothing happened to the quilt to justify such a defect. Only an extreme low quality of the product...I contacted the company and after 14 (!) emails of nonsense, their solution was to send back the item for inspection and if it will be decided it was a manufacturing issue, then they will replace it. As an honest user, lured by the beautiful pictures of bedding posted on Amazon,I find all this situation ridiculous: staying with no quilt for the time it will take them to get it back, inspect it, sending hopefully another one...having to stress and waste time with 14 emails...all this after paying 230 $ for what I thought it's a good brand product. DO NOT BUY from LAURA ASHLEY!
Don't buy their sofas
I bought a sofa and armchair in 2019 and paid around £2,200. One of the cushions had broken zip and they did send me a replacement cover. It is only in the last 18 months that I have started to use the room were the sofa is kept. After 18 months using the furniture the cushions have lost their shape even when they are regulary plumped up. I have only just discovered that they are not down cushions which is what I ordered. It looks awful. I only discoverd they went bust when I went to complain and to try and get replacement cushions. I have an Ikea sofa which still looks good as new and it is 8 years old and it was a fraction of the price. What a disgrace you are Laura Ashley!!!

The fabric is disappointingly thin re: my purchase 26-11-21 from Laura Ashley at Next for Laura Ashley Duck Egg Josette Duvet Cover set. It cost £75 too, plus p&p. Has the brand compromised on quality now? It is so much thinner than my previous Laura Ashley bedding before Next took them over, and thinner than any of my other covers and sheets. I doubt it will last long. Delivery date and time:

Horrendous company.
Horrendous company.No wonder they went under . Bought Sofa from them.Cushions lose their shape. Springs have snapped and I'm not a heavy person.The worse item I have ever bought, when they were open no support and no offer of replacement, money back or help, absolute crappy rude company

Kingston Sofa AWFUL
Bought Large Kingston Sofa through the Laura Ashley design service. Was never given options for seat filling. Sofa arrived. Looked great. And then I sat on it. So soft that every time you used it you had to plump the cushions. Complained to customer service, they sent a technician who said the filling was within spec. Awful awful sofa - had to get rid of it within the year. Such poor quality. Avoid.
